Day 1

Meet up on arrival and travel to Kalpitiya(3hrs) – famed west coast beach destination for kite surfing

Day 2

Leisure on the beach – indulge in kite surfing and water sport activities (cost not included )

Leisure on the beach – indulge in kite surfing and water sport activities ( cost not included )

Day 4

Morning leisure – after lunch leave your beach resort by 1pm and travel to Anuradhapura (2 hrs). Explore the ancient first capitol of Sri Lanka, the magnificent Stupas , ancient Buddhist temples, large manmade lakes and many historic monuments. Conclude and travel to Habarana

Day 5

Travel to Kandalama early morning by 5am to explore the landscape from the heavens on a Hot air balloon ride ( breakfast provided). Return back to your resort in Habarana and late evening enjoy a cultural dance show (cost not included)

Day 6

Morning visit magnificent Sigiriya rock – Believed to be the 8^th wonder of the World, Sigiriya a UNESCO world heritage site is a must see monument which dates back to the 5^th century AD. Return back to your hotel for some rest and relaxation and late afternoon enjoy a jeep Safari at Hurulu National park to witness herds of wild Elephants.

Day 7

After breakfast travel to Kandy ( 3 hrs), en route visit Dambulla rock cave temple – 5 temples carved out of one rock is considered the largest ancient art gallery in the island where paintings dating back to the 1^st century BC have been done from generation to generation. Arrive in Kandy and visit the Temple of tooth – most sacred Buddhist temple found in the island

Day 8

Morning visit the Royal botanical gardens of Peradeniya- Sri Lanka’s largest botanical garden spanning an area of 147 acres with a large variety of floral species including a beautiful Orchid garden. Travel to Nuwara Eliya (2.5hrs) site seeing beautiful mountain sceneries, waterfalls and tea plantations – visit a tea plantation en route and experience the process of tea . Arrive at your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 9

Travel in the early hours with packed breakfast to Horton Plains peak wilderness sanctuary (1.5hrs) and enjoy a hike to World’s end – a high peak mountain range with spectacular views, the total hike from start to finish is 9kms and one could witness many species of birds, Sambar deer and a variety of wild life. Return back and spend the rest of the day at leisure
Overnight – Nuwara Eliya

Day 10

Morning travel with packed breakfast to Kitulgala(2hrs) – famous for white water rafting. Enjoy a morning rafting session down the great Kelani river. After lunch travel to Negombo(2.5hrs)

Day 11

Travel back to the airport for your departure flight back
