Payment for all tours need to be made as mentioned in your confirmation invoice in US$ or LKR. You could also pay if required in GBP and EURO
Payments for all transport only bookings could be made on arrival in cash to our representative for your convenience. Payment receipt will be emailed once your payment has been received
For bookings inclusive of Hotel accommodation we would require an advance payment in order to confirm your room reservation. Advance payments could be made via bank transfer ( Please note that Customers must pay all bank chargers including all corresponding banks).Total payment value mentioned in your travel invoice includes all taxes if applicable – Please note that due to frequent fluctuation of Sri Lankan Government tax policies, applicable taxes can change. Last minute cancellations on full tour bookings inclusive of hotel accommodation will be handled on a case by case basis depending on the reservations policy of each hotel as specially during peak season most hotels do not grant any last minute refunds. However no cancellation fee will be charged for transport and all recoverable cost will be refunded as we value your interest in booking with us. In any incidence of Force Majeure we reserve the right to cancel your booking, however we believe in providing all our customers a professional service all the way and will refund all recover able cost.
